My dad-in-law moved Andrea here over the weekend! It was so fun being able to host dad and spend time with them in between getting Andrea settled in her new place. I am so happy to have a family member living in Ann Arbor with us now! Visitors also mean eating good food like Zingerman's, Bigalora Pizza, and Nick's Pancake House. So thankful for the time we had with dad and look forward to seeing more of RJ (and my) family next month for Andrea's white coat ceremony.
We also hosted Kai for the weekend - a gorgeous husky who belongs to good friends of ours. We love to host humans and pups!
We ended the weekend watching the World Cup, eating grilled food, and playing lawn games with Lauren and Ira. They move later this week, so last night was our last hang out the four of us. Ann Arbor is so transitional--people moving here, and then moving away. We will add to that transition as well (we just celebrated our 2-year-living-in-Ann-Arbor-Anniversary yesterday)! It is part of the territory of living in a college town.
This week will be filled with getting ready for our Northern Michigan Camping Trip! (More details to follow.) Have a great Monday!
