Breakfast for dinner is one of those things that almost seems magical. I love almost all breakfast foods at any time of the day and often find it incredibly difficult to go to brunch and decide between savory or sweet. Unless I am at Portage Bay in Seattle, in which case it is a no brainier to order the Challah French Toast with the fruit bar option. I grew up eating "Daddy Cakes" (aka Bisquick pancakes). I love my dad's pancakes; they are fluffy and perfectly made. What I don't love is being out of Bisquick when I want to make pancakes. Luckily, last Sunday night I found a recipe for scratch pancakes and I actually had all the ingredients necessary to make them. This recipe was a hit! Obviously, so was the bacon! The best part of this meal was that we ate it for dinner! | Recipe Credit: Martha Stewart *click the above link to see the full recipe!
